Bill Mixon is an accomplished executive and board leader with more than two decades of experience guiding healthcare and technology enabled services organizations through significant transformation and growth. He brings a unique combination of public company leadership experience and deep private equity ownership experience. Throughout his career he has built high performing teams, strengthened organizational culture, and delivered sustainable value creation.
Bill most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Diabetes Supply, a national leader in specialized diabetes supplies and durable medical equipment. Under his leadership the company expanded its national footprint and capabilities and completed the acquisition of US MED. This combination created broader payer coverage, greater operational efficiency, and improved service flexibility across the United States.
Before joining ADS, Bill served as Chief Executive Officer of National Seating and Mobility, one of the largest providers of complex rehabilitation technology and mobility solutions in North America. During his tenure the organization grew to more than 200 locations across the United States and Canada and advanced its operational performance, customer experience, and clinical service delivery.
Earlier in his career Bill spent nearly twenty years leading multi site healthcare services and business process outsourcing organizations including Philips Medical Systems and Agiliti. Throughout these roles he consistently drove improvements in service quality, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment.
Bill has led four leveraged buyouts along with numerous transformational mergers and acquisitions. His private company experience includes strategic leadership, value creation planning, risk evaluation, investor relations, and corporate governance. He has participated in more than 150 board, audit, compliance, and special committee meetings. He is widely respected for his ability to identify growth opportunities, improve operations, and develop effective exit strategies.
He currently serves as Executive Partner at Waud Capital Partners, a growth oriented private equity firm focused on building market leading companies in healthcare and in software and technology. In this role Bill partners with management teams to accelerate growth, strengthen organizational foundations, and achieve excellence in execution.
