Luke McGee

Executive Advisor

Luke McGee is a respected executive, investor, and board leader with a track record of building and scaling healthcare businesses that deliver meaningful impact for patients and providers—particularly in the home-based care ecosystem. He is well known for his role in the creation and growth of AdaptHealth, now one of the nation’s leading providers of home medical equipment and chronic care support services.

Luke served as Chief Executive Officer of AdaptHealth for nine years, leading the company through a period of exceptional growth and transformation. Under his leadership, AdaptHealth scaled nationally through a disciplined strategy that combined organic expansion with targeted acquisitions, building a differentiated platform focused on operational excellence, patient experience, and long-term value creation. His tenure established AdaptHealth as a category leader in the HME/DME industry and a trusted partner to patients, referral sources, and payers.

Since stepping back from day-to-day operating roles, Luke has remained deeply engaged in healthcare as a strategic investor and advisor, with a particular focus on companies advancing best-in-class chronic condition management and care delivery in the home. He is a founding investor in several highly regarded healthcare businesses, including React Health, MedBridge, and Circadian, and continues to support leadership teams with strategic insight, growth planning, and execution support.

Luke remains a Principal at Quadrant Management, where he has spent sixteen years working closely with portfolio companies on investment strategy, operational improvement, and value creation. He began his career in investment banking, holding roles at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch within the Financial Institutions Group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital strategy, and complex transactions.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
