Dr. Philip Parks is a healthcare executive with over 22 years of experience in strategic growth, innovation, operations, transactions, and partnerships for healthcare services and medical device companies. He has had executive responsibilities for strategic planning, business development, partnerships, corporate development, product development & strategy, population health, and medical affairs. His advisory and operating experience ranges from start-ups (seed stage to pre-IPO), intrapreneurial new ventures, transactions, managing teams in publicly traded healthcare and life sciences companies, and Board level responsibilities. Philip’s academic training includes an undergraduate degree from Davidson College, a medical doctorate from Tulane University School of Medicine, and a master degree from the T.H. Chan Harvard School of Public Health. He is also a former U.S. Navy officer and combat veteran.
