Rebika Shaw is an experienced healthcare strategist with expertise in building strong teams, formulating strategic vision and translating it into execution. As a Senior Consultant with CWH Advisors, Rebika has managed diverse healthcare projects ranging from consumer and employee health, to value-based care program design, to new market and product strategy for technology and service delivery. Her advisory experience includes risk adjustment services, patient engagement technology, healthcare analytics, revenue cycle management, digital health, DME, patient financial services, and assisting providers and health systems with the shift to value-based care. Previously, Rebika provided management communication training at Harvard, and held senior operating roles in telehealth where she led strategy development, redesigned the service process chain for multi-site telemedicine operations and the delivery of global remote health services from academic medical centers.
